This was my second time attending who's bad remarkable performance, and it certainly will not be my last. The experience was just as powerful and inspiring as the first. I am truly grateful to the generous sponsors who make it possible for those who have served our country with honor, dignity, and respect to attend and enjoy such an outstanding event. Their support and appreciation for veterans does not go unnoticed.

Live Nation
Thank you, Live Nation, for continuing to support our veterans and making us feel part of the family! Rascal Flatts is one of our favorite artists and we were excited to be able to attend. The opening acts were also excellent! We brought my elder sister who never has an opportunity to see artists where she lives, and she is thoroughly enjoying herself while we are here at the venue. Thanks again for a memorable evening!

True Concord Voices and Orchestra
Thank you, Vet Tix, Valley Presbyterian Church of Green Valley, True Concord Voices and Orchestra with Jeffrey Biegel on piano, poet Brian Turner, Jake Runestad's Dreams of the Fallen, Peter Boyer's I Dream a World, the A/V team, as well as all of the volunteers, staff members, and sponsors for such a magnificent show! This was our first visit to Valley Presbyterian Church and our introduction to the True Concord Voices and Orchestra. Valley Presbyterian is somewhat quaint and old school gorgeous! When you look through the glass panels in the front of the church, you see a cross. A splendid mountain range serves as the backdrop, which is heavenly! We had great seats in the Blue Center Right Section, Row FR, Seats 7-10, about twenty-five feet from the stage. The trueconcord.org website described the somber presentation as follows: "Combining the musical forces of solo piano, chorus and orchestra with powerful texts written by Iraq and Afghanistan War veteran and award-winning poet Brian Turner, Jake Runestad’s Dreams of the Fallen explores a soldier’s experience of war and its lasting impact. Turner’s poetry conjures the reality of war and the post-traumatic stress syndrome that haunts our fighting men and women long after returning home. Runestad’s music evokes what “the other side” could be: a community of people embracing—with compassion and understanding—those who have endured armed combat and a world with no conflict or war. Peter Boyer’s gorgeous and uplifting Dreaming a World, with texts from Langston Hughes, Native American prayers and Walt Whitman, plus references to Martin Luther King Jr., John F. Kennedy, Cesar Chavez and more, is a collection of American ideals focused on equality and the dream of all people living in harmony." True Concord is amazing! We got to listen to them practice before the actual performance, which was pretty cool. Runestad’s Dream music during the concert was dynamic, and the singing was powerful! They definitely captured the essence, meaning, and feel of the sober realities of war, PTSS, and the indelible impact of such trauma penned by Turner. His words flashed on the TV screens on both sides of the stage, which was not only helpful, but reading them caused their seriousness to hit home on much deeper levels. Turner placed us in the midst of battle and caused us to experience the horrors of such horrific angst and the heartbreaks of war. The music, singing, and oratory of Boyer's Dream were beautiful, upbeat, sometimes angelic, and on other occasions arrhythmic. It expressed the ongoing changes and hope of mankind and the unpredictable flow of life. The Program we were given highlighted all of the features mentioned and then some. Everything was done quite well! Again, thank you Vet Tix, Valley Presbyterian Church of Green Valley, True Concord Voices and Orchestra with Jeffrey Biegel on piano, poet Brian Turner, Jake Runestad's Dreams of the Fallen, Peter Boyer's I Dream a World, the A/V team, all the volunteers, your splendid crews, sponsors, and anyone I missed for such an incredible concert! We, veterans, active-duty military personnel, first responders, family, and friends, truly appreciate all you do for us, our communities, and our blessed nation! You rock, life savers! Sincerely, Chuck

Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra
I wanted to extend my deepest thanks for your incredibly generous gift of tickets to the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra’s American Soundscapes concert. Attending tonight at Heinz Hall was an absolute joy, and it wouldn’t have been possible without your kindness. The program was a beautiful celebration of America’s rich musical heritage from the soulful rhythms of the Mississippi Delta and the birth of jazz, to the vibrant energy of Gershwin, Ellington, Sousa, and so much more. Principal Pops Conductor Byron Stripling brought such infectious enthusiasm to the stage, guiding us through spirituals, ragtime, blues, marches, and those iconic American tunes that truly capture the heart and soul of our nation, especially in this milestone year for America’s 250th birthday. Hearing Mamie Parris’s vocals and the Hamlisch-Page Student Choir added such a special, uplifting layer to the evening. It was a memorable, uplifting experience that left me feeling proud, inspired, and deeply moved by the power of music to connect us all. Your thoughtfulness in sharing this with me means more than words can express thank you from the bottom of my heart for making such a wonderful evening possible.

I just want to sincerely thank you for your incredible generosity in providing tickets to the Xtra Innings Festival for me, my husband, and my Sisters. Those two nights meant more than I can fully put into words. It’s something we truly would not have been able to afford on our own, and because of you, we were able to step away from the everyday and just enjoy being together. Even more special, we were able to bring our boys, ages 7 and 5, to experience their very first concert. Watching their faces light up, hearing the music, and sharing that moment as a family is a memory we will carry with us for a lifetime. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. As a USAF woman veteran, your kindness and support mean so much to me and my family. We are deeply grateful.

I’m very thankful for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra’s donation of tickets that allowed me and other veterans to attend the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra’s performance at Symphony Hall on Friday, February 27th. The program, featuring works by Ives, Debussy, and Mahler, was amazing, and the young musicians in the BPYO were more than up to the task of performing the challenging pieces that were revolutionary for their time, as described by Benjamin Zander in his wonderful introductions to the pieces. I had a great evening and am very thankful for having had the opportunity to attend. Thanks so much!

We had such an incredible time tonight! It’s not often that I get to spend my time with both my husband and adult son. Thank you to the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts for not only this donation tonight but for the many years of providing my family with incredible memories. Kimberly Akimbo was so heartwarming and hysterical…a great reminder of how we should celebrate every day.

I had the pleasure of seeing Inherit the Wind last night, and it was truly an outstanding performance. The production was powerful, thought-provoking, and incredibly well executed. The actors delivered exceptional performances — their talent, passion, and command of the stage brought the story to life in a way that was both moving and inspiring. The cast’s ability to capture the emotional depth and intensity of the courtroom drama was impressive. Every scene felt meaningful, and the chemistry among the actors made the experience even more compelling. It was a memorable evening of theater. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Vet Tix for supporting veterans and providing these tickets. Your generosity makes experiences like this possible and truly appreciated. Opportunities like this mean a great deal — thank you for continuing to give back to those who have served.

Thank you very much for providing us the opportunity to see this wonderful play! With only two very dynamic actors, we were taken on a whirlwind ride of emotions. They did an amazing job! It brought back lots of memories of our own struggles when I was on Naval deployments in the 80s/90s, and would wait 3-6 weeks for letter mail responses to be sent and received. Thank you again for the play tickets and an affordable way for us to visit your beautiful San Marco area!

The Valley Suns - G League
Huge thank you to the Valley Suns and Vet Tix for an absolutely unforgettable night of basketball! We had such an incredible time at the game. The energy in the arena was electric from start to finish, and you could feel the excitement building with every possession. There’s nothing like live basketball — the fast breaks, the big shots, the defensive stops — it was nonstop action all night long. Watching them battle it out against Bronny James and the Lakers G League team made it even more special. Seeing young talent compete at such a high level in the NBA G League is truly impressive. These athletes play with heart, hustle, and something to prove, and it shows every single minute they’re on the court. A special shoutout to Vet Tix for making experiences like this possible for veterans and families. Opportunities like this mean more than you know. Being able to attend games, create memories, and share moments of pure fun and excitement is such a blessing. The atmosphere, the competition, and the chance to see rising stars up close made this a night we won’t forget. So grateful for the generosity and support that allows families like ours to enjoy events like this. Thank you again for an amazing experience — we loved every second of it! 🏀👏
