My name is MAJ William Hartel. I return from this deployment 2 weeks before my favorite band plays an intimate show at the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville NC. I would like to attend this sold out show with my girlfriend who has supported me though this, my second deployment to the middle east in as many years.
