Past Hero's Wishes
My name is Don. I am retired severely wounded Army veteran. I was in the Army for 22 years. My wife and I are die hard Georgia Bulldog fans and would love to attend a game in Athens. My wife has been there for me during all the deployments, rehabilitation from my Injuries all while raising our children. She is the Rock of our family and this would mean so much to me to be able to take her. I would love two tickets for me and my wife to attend a University of Georgia football game in Athens Georgia.

My Name is Jalen and I would love to take my family to the Texas vs Arkansas football game. Football is my favorite sport and my son is starting his first year of tackle football. I’m not sure if I’ll get to see him play as I’m due to come home within the next couple months. This would be his first pro or college game to go to and I know he would never forget this. I will be missing his birthday so this would be a gift to him.

My name is Clay. I am currently deployed to the Middle East and would love to take my family to Disney World. My daughters Eleanor (10) and Penelope (8) are in love with all things Disney and it would be epic to surprise them with a trip to Disney World in Florida when I get back from deployment. They have been so proud of their dad during this deployment and want to treat them for helping their mom around the house and keeping her spirits high. I love my family and hope that I can give them something special for keeping me motivated and taken care of the home front while I’m gone. Thank you for your consideration and no matter what, thank you for taking care of Soldiers all around the world! You are awesome!

Hi, my name is Avag. My family and I have been separated for 9 months while I was deployed to Poland. As soon as I returned, we then had to PCS and leave all of our friends and familiarities. Both events have been extremely hard for my wife and children, 8 yo daughter and 3 yo son, as well as myself. We have been Chiefs fans since we were stationed in Kansas several years ago. We were only there briefly and were never able to get tickets. We are now stationed close enough to be able to drive to a game and would love to finally be able to attend one. I think this would be a great family event, as my daughter is a new football fan and my son loves any and all sports.

Hi, I'm Cody. I served as a US Army artilleryman from 2007-2015. On deployment to Afghanistan my patrol was ambushed and I sustained a traumatic brain injury. Today I'm 100% VA service connected disabled. My wish is to some day have the opportunity to take my wife and our 11 year old son to Disneyland.

Hi, my name is Seth. I met Clayton early in our military service in 2005 and we instantly became close friends. In 2006, he was called up for a deployment to Iraq and I didn't hesitate to volunteer to go with him. Our job overseas was to conduct convoy security and my truck was hit by an IED early on in the deployment. Both of us have had our struggles since then but we have always had each other's backs. He is the battle buddy that every soldier deserves. He's a lifelong Chiefs fan and I'm a lifelong Falcons fan. Due to the game being a Sunday night game and being several states away, we are unable to make it happen financially. The picture I provided is from our first NFL game together in 2020, when our teams played in Kansas City. His birthday this year happens to be the day before this game and I wish for nothing more than to make it a birthday he'll never forget. I would be extremely grateful for anyone who donates to this cause. Thank you.

My name is Nick. I am currently on my 2nd deployment and have been away from my family for 8 months as of me writing this. I am looking to take my family to a Steelers game this fall. My family are die hard Steelers fans, however making it an NFL game has been out of our grasp. These past few years have been hard on my wife and boys as I have been away a lot. During this deployment we had a high-risk pregnancy and we were blessed with a healthy and beautiful 5lb baby girl. With all the chaos recently, I know my family would love to be able to go see the team they love at an actual game. I know it will be a memory the boys will never forget. We're hoping for 4 tickets to the Steelers/Falcons game playing in Atlanta. Thank you very much to all those who donate to this cause and make wishes like this possible for my family.

Thank You Message from the Hero:
Dear generous donors, We have just returned from our trip to Disney World where we spent 7 wonderful days together. This trip was a sweet time for our family being together again after a long deployment last year. Each of our children had such a great time. Savannah, age 12, enjoyed visiting Epcot where she could explore different countries in the world. Kate, age 9, especially enjoyed meeting princess Rapunzel and trying new thrill rides. James, age 6, loved the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. Mom and Dad enjoyed watching them experience the magic of Disney! We were able to unwind and reconnect as a family during the week. Thanks especially to Paula, Thomas, David, Nicholas, Kenneth, Brian, Isaiah, Jason, Jilleon and Hero's Wish. Without your generous donations this trip would not have been possible. We will always remember your kindness towards our family. The McCalls Will, Jennifer, Savannah, Kate and James
