Current Hero's Wishes
This is my fifth deployment, and while I’ve learned how to carry the weight of being away, my family continues to carry the heavier load at home. My wife holds everything together for our four daughters—school days, practices, rehearsals, homework, and the emotional reality of growing up with a parent far away. Distance, time zones, and the uncertainty of today’s world add to that strain, and every missed moment reminds us how much these seasons ask of military families. As our daughters grow older, time together has become something we have to protect intentionally. Their lives are fuller now, moving quickly toward independence. Our oldest is preparing to join the Air Force, and with a possible move later this year, change feels close and constant. These transitions have made us more aware of how quickly this chapter is passing. Upon my return from deployment, I hope to pause and reconnect as a family. A family trip to Disney World would give us uninterrupted time to be present with one another—to laugh, talk, and create memories that carry us into the next stage of our lives. This wouldn’t simply be a vacation, but a moment to reflect, reconnect, and honor the sacrifices my wife and daughters have made alongside my service. Thank you for supporting military families and helping make moments like this possible.

My family and I would love to go to Disney World. We have never attended the theme park and had always been a wish of ours. I recently just got back from the Middle East and would love to take my family on a vacation here. During these times I cannot afford to take my family to buy tickets, hotels, food, and transportation. If I can get any help I would greatly appreciate it to take my family before I PCS from Fort Hood.

Hello, My name is Ross. I am a Soldier stationed at Fort Riley and have recently returned from my second deployment in 15 years of service. I would like to request a wish to attend a Kansas City Chiefs game with my family of five. Throughout my deployments and time away from home, my family has made tremendous sacrifices and has been incredibly supportive. While I was deployed, they worked hard to keep everything running at home, and I am very grateful for their strength and resilience. Having the opportunity to attend a Chiefs game together would provide us with a special chance to reconnect, create lasting memories, and enjoy quality family time after multiple deployments and extended separations. It would mean a great deal to all of us and would be a memorable way to celebrate being back together. Thank you for your consideration and for everything you do to support service members and their families.

Hello all, My wish is a simple one. I wish to attend a Buffalo Bills home game in their new stadium opening year. (2026). I've been attending Bills games my entire life and the old stadium is part of my core memories. I've missed the closing of the old stadium due to my deployment. What makes this a wish, is the price of the new stadium tickets are quite frankly absurd for Buffalo, a blue collar and veteran rich community. My wife is Canadian and we are in the midst of her immigration paperwork. We are currently living 2.5 hours apart from each other. Between supporting two households, financially any extra money I have, had to be prioritized for immigration and lawyers. There's no crazy request other than just that, some tickets to a game. Specifically, the home opener since the new stadium is only gonna open once! Go Bills.

This October will be 15 years of marriage for my wife and I. We met while I was serving and have been watching Vikings games together ever since. On September 20, 2026 the Vikings will play the Chicago Bears for what may be the last time at Soldier field. My wife and I were hoping to make it to that game for our anniversary.

Hello my name is Donavan. I went on deployment in Iraq and Kuwait. I have been away from my family for about 9 months. I just want to spend the time with my family for loss of time if possible. I am married to my wife Sierra. We got married while I was on deployment. We have 2 children, Penelope and Rowan. I am 27 years old and turn 28 on the 15th of October. My wife is also turning 28 on the 1st of October and would love if we could get our wish fulfilled. I'm apart of the 101st CAB. It was my first deployment in Iraq and Kuwait. I am located at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.

Thank you very much to those who donated to my Hero's Wish. A special thank you to Stage 3 Motor Sports INC and Veteran Tickets Foundation for sponsoring my family's vacation. I have served for twenty years and I am able to continue serving my country because of the support from my family. This was a great surprise for them. A dream come true family vacation is the exact way I would describe our trip. Thank you Vet Tix and the Hero's Wish coordinators for all the work that goes into this amazing program and opportunity. As a service member who will hit 20 years of service this August I have nothing but gratitude for what the military has done for myself and the life my family and I are afforded. The time away from the family is truly the only hard part of serving and it was incredible to be gifted these lifelong memories. My kids, five and seven years old, had the time of their lives. Above all else, they were most excited to be at Disney World as a family. The memories will surely last a lifetime. My son and I have spent hours sword fighting (souvenirs he chose), my daughter and I made secret hand shakes while waiting for rides and my wife (who as a military spouse, the hardest job of all) was able to take off a few of her hats, unwind and relax while just being a mother. We enjoyed our time together so much and are forever grateful to have been given this experience. A special thank you to Madeline and Raymond, our angel donors, whose selflessly generous donations will never be forgotten. On behalf of my family, thank you!

This was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. To be able to return home after a long ten months in Afghanistan and see the looks on their faces was amazing. We were able to share some much needed family time, as I am a single mom and they were in the care of my mother during my absence. I am at a loss for words to cover my gratitude to those who assisted in making this wish/dream come true. I truly do not know if we would have been able to have the same experience during this vacation if it were not for those donors who came to our aid/assistance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Shannon, David, Jennifer, Carissa, and Hero’s Wish for the incredible gift of Disneyland tickets! This truly means the world to me and my family. Your generosity gave us the chance to make memories that we’ll cherish forever from the laughter, the rides, and all the magic in between. I’m so grateful for the kindness and support shown to veterans like me. You’ve made a dream come true, and I can’t thank you enough for reminding us what true compassion looks like.
