What a game! When I was a kid, my mom took me to my first college game at the Rose Bowl, where her beloved Ohio State Buckeyes lost a heartbreaker to USC. Thanks to the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Foundation and their Rose Bowl Veteran Tickets Foundation purchases, I was able to surprise my mom and return the gift she gave me decades ago. This experience was all the sweeter, with her hometown Buckeyes coming away with a dominant victory over the Oregon Ducks. Thank you Pasadena Tournament of Roses Foundation-Rose Bowl, Veteran Tickets Foundation Purchases for your generous donations. This was a first time experience that will last a lifetime in the memories of my youngest son. He is a football fanatic to say the least and was counting down the days til game day once he heard that we were going to the Rose Bowl game this year. His excitement was beyond words and he enjoyed every minute of the game from start to finish. He could not stay still as he cheered with the crowd during every play and his touchdown dances were a sight to see. I cannot thank you enough for giving me this opportunity to make ever lasting memories with my son and look forward to future chances.
