Last night, I had the honor of taking a lifelong Yankees fan and Vietnam veteran to his first ever Major League baseball game. While my beloved Royals lost to the Yankees 4-2, hearing this man absolutely gush about the experience makes the loss a little easier to stomach. Thank you to the players, the Royals and Yankees organizations and the MLB. Let's go Royals!
