Despite a crosstown trip for an 1805 game (50+ miles=1.5 hrs+) we had a blast. Got to spend an hour or so mingling around with the very large crowd. They even had Happy Hour right up until 1st pitch (can't go wrong with $3 beer!) My kids didn't want to suffer the long trip back and forth (not to mention 9 innings in between...) so I sought out a veteran to sit with us and we had a really good time and made friends right away. The couple are traveling around the country visiting ballparks and are hanging out here until the regular season starts next month. Last night epitomizes exactly what VetTix is all about to me. Thanks for a very enjoyable evening, John Bravo Zulu!!
