Saturday- Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals
Event Feedback
Thank you so much to NHRA for donating tickets to Lucas Oil Winternationals in Pomona. My wife and I got to celebrate our 29th Wedding Anniversary there at the drag races. It's one of our favorite sports. Thank you again we had a wonderful time.

Thank you so much NHRA for the donation. My family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed the smell of burnt rubber, exhaust and the decibel levels where we wouldn't have been able to without your donation. Thank you again, That Galbraith family

Thank you National Hot Rod Association - NHRA for a great day with my family making memories! You made us feel special! My daughters and I had such a blast. The look on their faces when the first Top-Fuel car roared on by (and shook everybody off the ground) was absolutely priceless! Thanks again for your generosity and commitment to supporting veterans. We appreciate you and I salute you! Semper fi!

Thank you Vet-Tix and National Hot Rod Association - NHRA, Today was a fun day full of racing. We found some good seats just above the 330 marker and camped out for the day as we enjoyed watching the many classes of drag racing happening. It also gave us a good learning lesson as we worked to understand the various rules of the different classifications of drag racing. Luckily, we found a very nice member of the Safety Safari that helped to explain the answers to our various questions we came up with. We also witnessed 2 double-car accidents, which we heard was very rare. We were happy to hear that all the drivers had made it out of their vehicles safely. Unfortunately, the last accident with Geneva Nash and John Richardson was taking too long to clear so we also learned that even the NHRA has a cut-off curfew time and tonight that occurred at 7pm so it left additional racing to occur of Sunday. Thanks again Vet-Tix and National Hot Rod Association - NHRA. Jeff Reitz Air Force Veteran

I remember watching drag races when I was younger on Sunday mornings. It was Don "the Snake" Prudhomme & Tom "the Mongoose" McEwen, "Big Daddy" Don Garlits, & Cha Cha Muldowney. The voice of the announcers always kept it interesting. At 60, this is my first, although definitely not my last, live race. It took me back to that 10 year old, but even better. The sound, the feel was all incredible. I laughed and cheered. I owe this to VETTIX and all the people involved in thinking about and honoring veterans. I want to say THANK YOU ALL.

THANK YOU VETTIX Thank for making this day possible. We had a great time. One gentleman was kind enough to let the kid sit in his dragster. We got some big smiles out of them. Good times.

Always love these races. They’re so intense. My sons and nephew were amazed at how fast and powerful the cars are. Thanks as always vettix. Giving my family so many memories.

I can not be thankful enough for being allowed the opportunity to attend this event. For me it was my first time at an NHRA event and my daughter’s first time as well! When I was younger I was taking to nascar events and other local drag races in my small town of Sonoma Ca. It had lit a fire for fast car and the smell of rubber. I can see a lot of that in my daughters eyes she is always there when I’m working on my cars or when I’m watching my YouTube videos of 1320Videosand and others. To see her eyes light up watching the dragsters go down the track reminds me of how excited I was when I was a little kid. I am thankful for the opportunity and I can’t wait until y’all return to town because we will be there!!
