Thank you NHL for creating the Winter Classic and Stadium Series and even more for providing tickets via VetTix. This has been a bucket list item for a decade. Due to the various places we have lived in the military the Caps and Canes are 2 of my top 3 teams. What a great atmosphere at Carter Finley which I have missed since my days at NC State.

Thank you so much for your generous donation. This was our first hockey game we've attended. I'm not going to "fanboy" and say that I'm a big Carolina Hurricanes fan all my life because I'm from NC. What I will say is this, and I mean it wholeheartedly. Because of this moment with my boys this weekend, we have finally been introduced to the game of hockey live and now the Hurricanes have fans for life!! The seats were phenomenal. The energy was electric and we enjoyed ourselves!

What can I say? Even though our beloved Caps lost, this was an amazing event all around. Truly an experience I'll never forget! The electric atmosphere felt like a College GameDay with the huge crowd, NC State marching band, and events before, during and after the game. Our seats were less than 50 feet from the stage where Mark Messier, Chris Chelios, P.K. Subban (my daughter's favorite player ever), and Steve Levy covered the game for ESPN. We even made some new Canes fan friends. Thank you SO much NHL and VetTix!!

I want to thank Vettixs and their donors for tickets to the Stadium Series. I had planned on going back in 2021 but COVID cancelled the event. But I am glad they rescheduled it and was able to get to go because of Vettixs
