Thank you for the opportunity to attend the match at Red Bull Arena on August 13, 2022 between the host NY Red Bulls and Orlando City SC. Although I am a fan of OCSC, I had not had an opportunity to see them play since 2016, after returning from Orlando to NJ (for personal reasons), and because of the pandemic. I am VERY grateful that VetTix and NYRB afforded me this chance. Red Bull Arena is one of the better venues that my wife and I have visited, and I VERY MUCH appreciated that the concessions ordering on the Arena's app worked without incident, allowing us to purchase food without waiting in interminable lines. I also wanted to commend the manager on duty that night at The Boardwalk concessions stand, for going above & beyond when the frozen drink machine malfunctioned, and she offered to escort me to another concessions stand to fulfill my wife's order "” she showed professional customer service that is uncommon these days. All in all, this helped make attending this match a WONDERFUL night for my wife and I, and I will recommend the Red Bulls and Red Bull Arena to my friends for future events.
