Dear Donor, Thank you very much for your generosity in donating tickets to VetTix. These tickets allowed my family to see their beloved Kansas City Royals. The Royals have especially captured my son's heart and have helped in his daily life dealing with ADHD and anxiety issues. Although it can very exciting, catching Royals fever has helped him focus and calm him down in times of struggle. His grades have improved drastically, as he now has something to focus on outside of school work. Now 13, his love of the game now has him wanting to play baseball, which he hasn't done since he was 6 years old, and hated T-ball. I love how baseball and the Royals have changed his life. I also appreciated that it was Armed Forces Night, and the Royals put on a nice pre-game program that showcased the sacrifices our Armed Forces make in protecting our freedom. My son enjoyed it and has a better appreciation of what families go through with service members from all branches making the ultimate sacrifice. I am a disabled vet, and we live over an hour away from Kansas City, so we don't to get to games as often as I would like, so your generosity is very much appreciated. Thank you again. I would like to thank you very much for the 4 tickets I received. I was able to take my grandson, his friend and my girlfriend. They loved the game, the walk up to the hyvee section was a little tiresome for this disabled veteran but very appreciated.

the pre-game Memorial Day celebration was great. The tribute to those still serving, those who had served and those who never made it home was awesome. I had the opportunity to meet several other veterans from other conflicts. The Kansas City Royals are a class act....World Champions, and strong supporters of America's Military and Vets.
