Dear Caesar's / Bally's / Harrah's Entertainment, Thank so much for your generosity of the Keith Urban tickets, it was a great and memorable for my family and fellow vet whom recently survived COVID hospitalization that nearly killed him and caused hip bone degradation making him get a hip replacement and it was his first concert in years! Thank you to Caesars entertainment for the opportunity to attend the Keith Urban concert in the Colosseum, I had a great seat. The concert was amazing, Keith Urban was one with the guitar. The audience participation was phenomenal, the house was rocking for two hours.
