Just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude and say THANK YOU VETTIX and 13th Floor Entertainment Group. Halloween is my family's favorite time of the year. We drove in from Houston, TX and arrived after the house had closed on Friday, thanks to Houston traffic. We talked via email and you guys were so great about redoing our tickets for Saturday night. 13th floor was one of the best haunted houses I have been to.
