This was also my throwback opportunity to spend time with two childhood friends at a racetrack that that was also part of my youth when I attended almost every race from '62-'71 with my now deceased father who grew up in Florence. Vet Tix and Darlington Raceway, all I can say is...WOW! What a night! The last race we went to was canceled due to rain. With a 4-hour rain delay, we were worried about this one as well. However, it was an adventure. Night racing is something else entirely. My fiance's favorite driver came so close to winning the race. Our seats were practically the best on the track. Thank you so much for one of the best nights in racing. We appreciate the tickets so much!
