Thank you SO much! I can't afford much right now, so when I get these chances I am very grateful for them. While hockey isn't really my thing, my daughter LOVES it and getting to do things like this for her and with her just makes my world. While my kids weren't born yet when I was active duty, my injuries impact them each and every day and they do it without complaint (most of the time). Giving us times like this don't take away my disability, but it does give us the chance to just spend time together and just have fun! Thank you again! Samala Harris

Had a great time with my daughter and friends at the Avalanche-Lightning hockey game! I really appreciated the tribute to veterans and felt very privileged to attend this game with my daughter where she got to see veterans from all eras to include WWII and witness an award ceremony. We particularly liked the National Anthem presentation at the beginning of the game and the military tributes during the intermissions. The night instilled a high degree of patriotism in all of us and the Avalanche win was the icing on the cake!

Thank you to Vet Tix and Colorado Avalanche for the tickets to Military Appreciation Night. The kids and I had so much fun. This was my first time using Vet Tix and had no issues at all. The Avs won which made the night even better.
