Since 2008 our members have trusted Veteran Tickets Foundation (Vet Tix) with their personal information. Whether you are a veteran, donor, volunteer, organization, or community partner, our commitment to conduct business honestly and protect your privacy is at the heart of our Privacy Promise.
This policy does not prevent the release of information required by the Internal Revenue Service, applications to participate in national or state giving campaigns, or other national and state regulations.
What information do we collect
We collect personal information from you when you register on our website, such as your name, address, email address, and service status. We do not collect or keep any financial information or personal identification numbers.
We collect demographic information when you request tickets or fill out a survey, such as the number of people in your family and previous events attended. You may visit our site and respond to surveys anonymously.
How does Vet Tix use your information
To verify your identity and service status. Vet Tix does not keep any submitted verification documents, either electronically or on paper.
To personalize your experience. Your information helps us better respond to your individual needs.
To send emails. The email address you provide for your account can be used to send notifications, if you so choose, about events and order processing, as well as occasional company news and updates.
To improve our website. We continually strive to improve our website processes based on the information and feedback we receive from you. We collect demographic and feedback information to better inform our donors. Testimonials are posted on our website but display only information you entered. Please see our Terms of Use for testimonials.
To recognize donors. Vet Tix expresses appreciation to donors by listing cumulative giving levels on our website and in published documents. The information listed includes only the level of cumulative giving, a name, and the company or organization, if applicable. Donors who do not wish to have their information posted may be listed as anonymous. Please contact Vet Tix through the contact methods below to request this option.
Does Vet Tix disclose information to outside parties
We do not sell or trade to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
Vet Tix uses third-party services as needed to operate the program, verify eligibility, and fulfill ticket requests. Information necessary to provide the applicable service may be processed by or disclosed to the providers involved. These operational uses are separate from the advertising practices described below.
Will-call events. Some event donors require the member’s name and number of guests.
Ticket transfers and delivery. Vet Tix uses third-party ticketing platforms to deliver tickets. Event donors, venues, or ticketing platforms may require a member’s name, email address, guest count, or other information necessary to issue, transfer, or deliver tickets. Some platforms require members to create an account directly with them. You may choose not to participate in events that require those platforms. If you choose to participate, the information and processing required for ticket delivery are necessary to receive those tickets.
Donors. Vet Tix does not release the names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses of donors to any outside charity or organization for solicitation purposes.
Advertising Applications
We partner with third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, to deliver more relevant advertising. Our partners may place or recognize a cookie on your computer or device or directly in our emails and communications. They may link to cookies stored on your browser or device and collect information such as your IP address, browser or operating-system type and version, and demographic or inferred-interest information.
Our partners use this information to recognize you across channels and platforms over time for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting. For example, partners may deliver an advertisement in your browser based on a purchase made in a physical store, or send a personalized marketing email based on a visit to a particular website.

These tools cover participating companies and may apply only to a particular browser, device, or identifier. Availability and steps vary by browser and operating system. Opting out of interest-based advertising does not remove all advertisements or stop information processing necessary to provide requested Vet Tix services, including ticket delivery. If a listed tool does not work for you, contact Vet Tix through the Support system described below with details of the issue. A Support message does not itself confirm that an advertising opt-out has been completed.
Ezoic Services
This website has an exclusive advertising contract with Ezoic Inc. (Ezoic). This website uses Ezoic’s services, including management of third-party interest-based advertising. Ezoic may use technologies on this website to serve content, display advertisements, and enable advertising to visitors, including first-party and third-party cookies.
