This policy does not prevent the release of all information required by the Internal Revenue Service, applications to participate in national or state giving campaigns or other national and state regulations.

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways

1. To verify your identity and service status. Please Note: Vet Tix does not keep any submitted documents either electronically or on paper. You may verify service through a third-party website www.ID.me, instead of submitting documents to Vet Tix.
2. To personalize your experience: Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
3. To send emails: The email address you provide for your account can be used to send notifications (if you so choose) about events, order processing, and in addition to receiving occasional company news and updates.
4. To improve our website: We continually strive to improve our website processes based on the information and feedback we receive from you. We collect demographic and feedback information to better inform our donors. Please note: Testimonials are posted on our website but display only info you entered. Please see our terms for testimonials.
5. Donor Information: Vet Tix expresses their appreciation to donors by listing the cumulative giving levels on our website and in published documents. The information listed only includes the level of cumulative giving, a name, and the company or organization if applicable. Donors that do not wish to have their information posted may be listed as anonymous. Please contact the Vet Tix via e-mail, telephone or by writing for this option.

We do not sell or trade to outside parties your personally identifiable information.

Will Call Events - Some event donors require veteran name and number of guests. Mobile Entry Events - Some donor’s ticketing software requires an account creation. You have the right not to participate in these types of events. If you choose to attend these events, you may be required to fill out some information during account creation.

Vet Tix does not release the names, addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses of donors to any outside charity or organization for the purpose of solicitation.

Notwithstanding any other provision, we partner with third parties that collect information across various channels, including offline and online, for purposes of delivering more relevant advertising to you. Our partners may place or recognize a cookie on your computer, device or directly in our emails/communications.
