My wish is for New England Patriots tickets for a Sunday or Monday game. Whether it's the current season or the following season. My wife, being a veteran and a Patriots fan as well, would be ecstatic to be able to attend a game. Since my injury the thing thing that heals me the most is her happiness. This would do that more than most anything else. I married into a New England Patriots family which makes me a fan by proxy. My wife, who is also a veteran (OIF) experienced as much emotional trauma as I did physical trauma when I was injured during OEF. This would be more for her than me but her happiness is what continues to heal my wounds. Thank you

Thank You Message from the Hero:
I thought I had submitted this but I couldn't find it in a search so here goes... This was a wonderful gift. The seats were absolutely amazing. We had such a great time. It was a treat for me as much as it was for my wife and her parents. Thank you so much. And I apologize for not having an image... we were having so much fun we didn't have a chance to take a picture (and my iPhone died)

I am returning from Deployment to Iraq, going home to Nashville, TN for Christmas to visit my wife and my twin sons. I wish to attend the Tennessee Titans vs Jacksonville Jaguars game on the 24th of December, 2011, and am unable to afford tickets due to child support payments. I would love it if I could give this to them as a Christmas gift and also as a gift to myself. Thank You.

Thank You Message from the Hero:
I would like to say a Big Thank You! to Vet Tix and The donor of my Tickets Steve. I was extremely happy when I received the phone call from Vet Tix the morning of the game telling me that they had tickets for me. Thank You so much for all of your generosity in making this Hero's wish come true. The impact that this wish had on my family was incredible and is immeasurable. Once again Thank You for granting this wish.

As a born Texan (my father was in the Air Force, so we didn't spend a lot of time there)I have always been a rabid Dallas Cowboys fan through thick and thin, the thick times obviously being their Super Bowl wins in the 90s and the thin times being any time they don't make the playoffs. I have been deployed four times, for a total of about 40 months, I expect to be home sometime in late November, early December from the most recent tour in Iraq. I would love to take my wife and two boys, ages 7 and 4 to a Cowboys game, it would be a great bonding event for us as we all love sports. My wife and boys have been a great support to me as we have dealt with many difficult situations that not only has my units gone through, but also the difficulties that being gone from your family bring, each time in new locations, with new people. I think this would be a great way to express gratitude to the people who ache and suffer every step of the way along with their soldier. I would love to attend the December 11 game against the NY Giants at Cowboys Stadium as I am currently stationed at Ft Hood. We would forever be greatful if you could make this dream come true.

Thank You Message from the Hero:
We had the most amazing time ever at the Cowboys-Eagles game on Christmas even though the Cowboys ended up on the losing end. It was truly awesome to be treated like royalty in a Silver Suite at Cowboys stadium. I was able to bring along 7 other veterans and rabid Cowboys fans as well. A big thanks to the donors and their generosity!!

My husband, Major Kevin Conley, was with the DE National Guard and deployed to Bamain, Afghanistan, with the Embedded Training Team. He left DE Jan 8, 2010. While in Afghanistan, he helped build schools and mentor the government. He returned injured to Indiana on Dec 5, 2010, and arrived in Ft. Meade/Walter Reed on Dec 15, 2010. He was able to see our two children and myself on weekends, but couldn't return home until April 2011. He is home while seeking medical care and scheduling his surgeries. His first back surgery was 8/11/11, and we're still hoping the feeling will return in his leg. Kevin is currently on medical hold, and will remain on Active Duty until his surgeries and recoveries are complete. We were given about an 18 months. Since my husband hasn't "returned" from Active Duty, he was not included in a Welcome Home ceremony. My husband is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. He has always wanted to go to Texas to watch a Thanksgiving game. I'd love to see his wish come true. Tickets to the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Game would be a great welcome home!

Thank You Message from the Hero:
My family and I have been life time Cowboys Fans. We have never been to a Cowboys game. When we received the tickets to this even though it was Christmas eve, we drove 24 hours straight to get the tickets in time the day before the game. Whish we could have spent more time but we drove 24 hours straight home Christmas Day. Thank you for a memory we'll have for a life time and the penultimate in family bonding. Hopefully we will get a chance to go back. The Conley Family

My name is SSgt Dennis Deppen and I left my family on February 15th of 2011. When I said good bye my 4 year old son Xavier and my then 2 month old daughter Sabia and lovely wife Shayla I left with the understanding that I would only be gone for 7 months. Shortly after my departure I learned I would be here an entire year. Sharing that news with my wife was heart breaking. We decided that it would be best to come home during Christmas which would be almost 10 months since I've been home. For the past 9 months I've watched my kids grow up from email to email and skype to skype video call. This has been really hard on my son as he doesn’t truly understand why Daddy has to be gone so long. Regardless of what answer I give him he just wants to know when Daddy is coming home. I really want to take him to Disney World as he sees the commercials and constantly tells me that he wants to go see Mickey, Donald and everyone. With it being the holidays I think this would be dreams come true. Regardless if you answer my wish or not thank you for all the wishes you have answered and the support you provide us. This trip is planned for my R&R when I come home in December and then return for 2 more months in Afghanistan. I would need 2 Adult and 1 child 4 day Park Hopper Disney World Orlando tickets for: My wife, myself, son (4 years old) and daughter who is 1 will not need a ticket. We would arrive on 19 December.

Thank You Message from the Hero:
When I came home after being gone so long it really was breath taking and emotional for me. When your away for 10 months from your wife and kids, so much changes and you want so bad to enjoy every second of it until you return. It was truly a blessing to recieve that phone call and hear that someone had donated tickets for me my wife son and daughter would be able to go to Disney for free. I can't tell you what a relief it was and how greatful I am. To those individuals out there that donated the money for my family to enjoy this time that will will remember the rest of our lives I want to thank you. You are a blessing to our lives and it meant the world. Semper Fi Dennis Deppen

I will be in San Diego on vacation with my family after my deployment. I wish to play a round of golf at Torrey Pines (South course). If I would have known about this organization before, I made my vacation plans in Monterey, I've always wanted to play Pebble Beach, but Torrey is on that wish list too.

My name is Zachary Durham and I am 20 years old. I am a Specialist in the US Army. On April 23rd, 2011 I was wounded in Afghanistan from a gunshot wound to the chest. My injury has left me with partial paralysis in my dominant arm (left). I now reside at home in Ames, Iowa attending Iowa State University and medical appointments. It has always been my dream since I was young to see the Green Bay Packers play. Recently I found tickets through Veterans Advantage. Unfortunately, due to tickets being hard to find, price inflation affects the prices tremendously. I am hoping to get two tickets, for myself and one companion, to attend the game at Lambeau the weekend before Thankksgiving, as that works best for my school schedule.

Hi my name is SSG Phillip Slaughter. My wish is for me, my dad, and my wife, who are all Cowboys fans, and my father in law, who is a Redskins fan, to go and enjoy the game between the Redskins and the Cowboys at Fedex field on November 20th as a family. It has been one thing I have been wanting to do for awhile but was unable to because of all of my deployments. This would mean alot to both of my fathers and my wife if this wish could be fullfilled.
