Past Hero's Wishes
My name is 1LT Moses Woo. The event I'd like to attend is a Broadway showing of the musical, Hamilton. The show is about one of our founding Fathers, and his successes. He had the ability to leave St Croix, join the military, become a Statesman, and one of our Treasury Secretaries. It would be amazing to see a live biopic of the American Hero and to be able to bring my family who has supported me throughout my military career. My family has supported me through all the training, deployment, and time away from home. Most recently I did a tour to Afghanistan and my parents really took a toll in terms of worrying and being separated from me. I would just like to treat them to something nice and to show them how the sacrifices can also be rewarding. Alexander Hamilton's sacrifices also allowed him to be successful and to be one of our great Founding Fathers, and I'd like to show my family this great mans' experience. Thank you for considering my wish.

Thank You Message from the Hero:
Thank you so much donors for allowing my family to take part and enjoy a broadway musical about an Army Veteran, American Patriot and Founding Father- Alexander Hamilton. Hamilton paved the way for our great nation, throughout his service. The donors here have allowed me to treat and honor my family to a night out to watch his life story. My family has stood by me and supported me from all the time away from home. Thank you again so much to all the donors who have contributed to make this happen! ( to also include Vet Tix and the Hamilton Production Management - Mr. Berney even came out and greeted me and gifted me with a Hamilton music cd!)

My name is Logistics Specialist First Class Quentin Keaton. I currently serve in the Navy, in Jacksonville Florida. From the moment we arrived I have been turning and burning. Due to my deployment schedule I have missed so much with my 7 year old, a couple of birthdays, holidays, and some first days of school. I have some much deserved leave coming up and would love to finally be able to take her to Disney World. She has never been and doesn't want to go without me, so this would mean so much to us both. My family has supported me throughout my military career and I would like to show them my appreciation. Thank you for considering my wish.

DISNEY WORLD WISH
My name is Lcpl Jason Tuuri. I am a OEF/OIF combat wounded veteran. I received my purple heart from and IED blast in Marjah, Afghanistan in 2010. The blast shattered both of my heels and changed my life forever. Football is my life, and I love them Cowboys! I'm humbly asking for help in the donation for two tickets to the SNF game between the Cowboys and the Eagles. Having foot injuries, it is extremely difficult for me to stand for longer periods of time so I am looking for two comfortably seated tickets for the game. I'm wanting to surprise my brother in the event we can go to this game. He was my rock during the times where mentally I was at my lowest. I truly am blessed to have such a loving and supportive older brother and I would love to do something for him in return. Anything is appreciated and God Bless you all and God Bless America. My wish is for 2 Tickets to the Sunday Night Football game, Cowboys vs. Eagles

Hey everybody! Just wanted to write a thank you to everybody who donated towards my Hero's Wish event. It was an amazing experience and I was grinning from ear to ear the whole game. And what a game it was!!! I feel bad because I was so caught up in the moment and the game that I forgot to take any pictures!!! That stadium is a work of art and I wouldn't have been able to experience such a theater if it wasn't for you all! Thank you again! God Bless! Sincerely, Jason Tuuri

I am TSgt Jason Caceres and have served in the Air Force for over 18 years. I have a family of 5 so at times it is hard for me to afford to take my family to do fun things like this so I'm hoping this will allow me to do that for them. I have been married to my beautiful wife for 10 years now and we have 3 beautiful children. Over the last 18 years of service I have missed many birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays with my family. They have had to deal with my countless deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and I have missed them growing up. My wife has been a trooper taking care of 3 kids while I have been away and dealing with her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. I have known of Vet Tix for a while now but recently learned of the Hero's Wish program and thought, hey it never hurts to ask right! So I would LOVE for 5 Disneyland in Anaheim CA 3-Day Park Hopper Tickets for myself, my wife, Melayna (17), Jackson (11), and Lyvea (6). As I near retirement I would love to be able to surprise them with this special trip to say thank you for the years they have had to go without me being there. Thank you to the wonderful supporters of Vet Tix and to the awesome folks who created and continue to operate this wonderful non-profit organization for the opportunity.

Family Trip To Disneyland
My name is Staff Sargent Bryan Tate. I have been serving on active duty for 12 years. I am currently deployed to Iraq on my forth tour. I have been married to the most amazing woman in the world for 11 years, and we have 2 incredible kids together Ethan (7), and Greyson (4). In the spring of 2015 my parents started planning a Disney World trip scheduled to take place end of May 2016. Unfortunately I was tasked short notice for the current deployment I am on in Iraq. Due to the timing my parents could not reschedule the trip for my return this fall. Having to break the news to our boys that not only I was leaving for a deployment, but we also had to cancel the Disney World trip they had been looking forward to all year was devastating. So my wife and I have been trying to save funds to take our boys at the end of October when I return. We are kindly asking for four park hopper tickets to Disney World, so we can take our boys on the trip that we promised them. Thank you very much for all your support.

Disney World Trip
My name is Sgt. Martin Tellez. I will be deploying mid October 18-26 time frame. My wife and I have been wanting to attend a 49ers game before I leave for 7 months. My wish is to take my wife to see our favorite team the 49ers play before I deploy. It would be our little romantic day before I leave. I love playing soccer and along the lines I have found a passion in cutting hair I am a certified barber through the Navy. I am currently taking college classes as well pursuing my degree in business administration, I attend the school American Military University (AMU) I am about halfway done, Reason for me going back to school is because I plan to go the officer route in my career. I have 3 children who ages are 3, 2 , 1. Masen my eldest son is my strong warrior, he had open heart surgery at 4 months old but if you see him now you could never tell. Mateo Is my middle child and he is the sneaky one, of them all. Maite is my youngest and only girl, luckily she has 2 princes and a king guarding her castle. My wife Martha has been my supporter through it all. We have been together for 6 years (9/5/11). We met playing soccer at an indoor soccer arena. Since we have been together and I have been in the military, it has been hard to do things just us because of the fact we are far from family and hard to find baby sitters who can take all 3 of them. It would be a wonderful experience to enjoy on my last days around.

Dream 2 day fishing trip
Hi, my name is CPT Todd Sexton and I am currently deployed to Afghanistan. I have been married to my beautiful wife, Amanda for 9 years and we have two kids together. My son Cole who is 7 and daughter Emma who turns 3 in two weeks. I have served in the Army for a total of 15 years now and this is my fourth combat deployment. Two to Iraq and two to Afghanistan. I have missed numerous anniversaries, birthdays, and holidays with my family. I was also deployed during the birth of my son. I would love nothing more than to be able to come home and take both of my children to Disney World to celebrate. I will get home just prior to my sons birthday and it would be great to see those kids faces when I could tell them "we're going to Disney World". My daughter is in that phase right now where she loves princesses and my son loves Star Wars and he really wants to see the Star Wars section at the park. It would be truly special to me to be able to take my wife there for all of the hard work that she has put in over the last three deployments. My son is an exceptional family member due to autism and she has a full time job trying to take care of him, get to all of his therapies, and wrangle my daughter all at the same time. She never complains and "always" puts myself and the kids first. For once I would love to surprise her and take her on vacation so she can relax a little and have a good time. I am requesting six tickets so that my mother and father-in-law can go with us in case my son has any issues while at the parks. Sometimes he has a hard time with crowds but if we have additional help then he and my daughter should be able to get the full Disney experience. Disney does such a great job with kids that have special needs and that is why I am choosing Disney. Thanks for your support and God Bless America!!

My name is Capt. Brandi Burrowes. I am currentlydeployed in Afghanistan as a Flight Nurse with one of the best DUSTOFF units in the Army #TeamArchangels. I am also a single mother of 3 beautiful children 17, 15, and 12. After being gone for almost a year all I dream of is spending quality time with my children. I can think of no better place to accomplish this then at Disney in Orlando. As I have missed most of my oldest sons junior year, I want him to have a special memory to take in to his senior year and off to college. My prayer is to take this trip in September which is my youngest sons birthday.

This was one of the most awesome experiences of my life. To be able to return home after a long ten months in Afghanistan and see the looks on their faces was amazing. We were able to share some much needed family time, as I am a single mom and they were in the care of my mother during my absence. I am at a loss for words to cover my gratitude to those who assisted in making this wish/dream come true. I truly do not know if we would have been able to have the same experience during this vacation if it were not for those donors who came to our aid/assistance. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Homecoming DisneyWorld Dream
Hello my name is Jaime De La Paz and I am a medically retired SSG from injuries sustained during my final deployment to Afghanistan. My time in the military has been amazing regardless of some barriers my family and I had to overcome. I have multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and no matter how hard some of those deployments where I wouldn't change anything because they have molded me into the person I am today. I am married to the most wonderful women that has stuck by me throughout this entire roller coaster of my career. She has been my motivation that keeps me going day to day. She is now my care taker and I have never see her complain one bit regardless of my needs from my injuries She put her needs aside to help take care of me. We have 5 wonderful and beautiful kids Alexis(11), Mia (10), Joseph (9), Mya (8) and the baby Jade(2). My family is super close but once football season comes around it makes us even closer. Even though my household is dominated with pink and barbies, come Sunday during football season, you will find my entire family glued to the TV watching the New England Patriots. We have never been to an actual football game and I would love to be able to take my family to one, especially to watch our team the Patriots play. Thank You from me and my family!

Thank You Message from the Hero:
First of all I want to say thank you to Vettix for all the help they have provided me during this process of granting my wish. Vettix you have made this one of the best experiences any one could have ever asked for, and I thank you not only for granting my wish in attending this game but thank you for everything you do in helping out the military and their families. Your organization helps us remember that we are not forgotten and that our sacrifices are seen by the very people we vow to protect. Ryan I also want to say thank you to you so much for your donation. You could have spent that money on anything and it means the world to me that you decided to help me on making my wish come true from my entire family a big thank you. To who I got to know as Mr. Alfred I don't think I could write enough words to express how thankful I am for your donation. The entire experience seemed so surreal that even now I can't believe that I was able to experience the game the way I did. My wife and I can honestly say we where holding back tears when we first got to meet you and see what a wonderful experience you had set up for us. First class experience all the way and even though you had on the wrong jersey I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will forever hold you in my thoughts and prayers and always think about the wonderful gift you gave me and my family. Everything was amazing from the seats to getting to know everyone with us I can not say thank you enough. Like I mentioned in my wish I was medically retired and I would do anything to go back and experience the brotherhood that I did in the Army all over again, but just like my soldiers I will now and forever see you as a brother. Mr. Alfred thank you so much and I can only hope that I can someday repay you for this amazing gift. Thank You to all of you and to anyone that has been part of this amazing dream!
