Donor Related Vet Tix Policies for VetTixers

We have included the following information for our amazing donors (you) so that there is a clear understanding of what we and you can expect from our "VetTixers" when working with us. We value our partnership with you and want to make sure we work together to create amazing memories for our VetTixers while being the best possible partner for you.


  1. Under NO circumstances do we allow VetTixers to sell or attempt to sell any tickets given to them by the Veteran Tickets Foundation.

    1. If a VetTixer is caught selling or trying to sell any tickets, their account will be immediately closed and banned for life.

    2. We have information on our site for other VetTixers to report any suspicious activity they find on 3rd party resale websites, newspapers, Craigslist, raffles, etc, to us so that we can void the tickets when possible and close the offending VetTixer's account.

    3. We track all section, row and seat information for our audits as well as identifying scalpers.

    4. As a partner, we encourage you to also report any violation to this rule directly to your account representative at Vet Tix or to our support system. You can also email directly to support@vettix.org. Please include any section row seat information.




  2. VetTixers are not allowed to contact teams/organizations/venues directly.

    1. We want your experience partnering with Vet Tix to be a smooth one with no additional labor hours for your staff. We direct all questions they may have to our support staff to answer.

    2. VetTixers understand if Veteran Tickets Foundation is notified that they have contacted someone other than Vet Tix Customer Support concerning tickets or coupons listed on the Vet Tix website, their Vet Tix privileges will be suspended indefinitely.

    3. We encourage you to report any VetTixer who violates this rule.



  3. We do NOT allow name changes on will call names list.

    1. If any VetTixer contacts you to change a name on the names list, please report them to us.



  4. We DO allow spouses to pick up tickets at will call booths.

    1. VetTixer account information we store on this end is the currently serving troop or veteran. The name passed along to you on any will call names list delivered will be the account's VetTixer info.

    2. Many of our VetTixers are deployed, and we want their families to be able to attend these special events made possible by you.

    3. We do inform spouses that they must bring an ID with a matching last name.



  5. We also require our VetTixers to understand and agree to all terms and conditions listed here on the VetTix.org Terms page every 60 days.
