On behalf of my mother and I a huge thank you to the Donors and All who it possible to attend the NCAA men's Baseball game between Tulane and East Carolina. This was truly one of the greatest opportunities to share quality time with my 79 year old mother. The atmosphere was full of fun and excitement throughout the throughout the entire game as the two awesome teams battelled it out through 8 ending as her team, Tulane emerging as the victor's. I haven't seen my mother so happy and in twined in moments of anything since before hurricane Katrina. Before the devastation of Katrina my mom would attend Baseball games but it has been traumatizing for her ever since. It's been even harder on me watching the life being drained from her all these years. This game was the first event she had attended since July 2005. Being able to witness life feel her evening allowed me to feel free mentally and spiritually. And yes, you Donors played a major part for us both being rejuvenated socially, mentally and spiritually.
