Thank you to Mad Hatter Shows for the tickets. The show was wonderful and we enjoyed it, however I'm not happy with what transpired with our seats per the venue. When I got my tickets at the ticket booth the lady who gave me my tickets had crossed out the seat numbers and wrote table 11 on them. We get to the table and about 10 minutes before the show started one of the security guards came up to us asking where we got our tickets from and when he looked at them, he said the lady at the ticket window should have never done that as that particular table was actually paid for by different guests. So we were forced to move up to the balcony area and the security guard offered to buy us drinks for the mix-up as if that would make things better. It actually ruined my mood for the remainder of the evening.
