In my almost fifty years of regular work, I rarely got to attend concerts And now that I am retired and on a fixed income, I had assumed that any opportunity to see a concert or live show was forever gone. But my Brother, another Veteran, introduced me to VetTix this past year. And so far I have gotten to attend five or six events. Some sports events, and a few other concerts. But last night was a once in a life-time opportunity to see Barbara Streisand in concert. And the seats were magnificant. VetTix only offered two tickets, that I learned were donated by one individual donor, who I am sure could not attend.donated. To them I want to say Thank you! Because, miracles of miracles, I won the VetTix lottery. God Bless you! I believe in the Degrees of Charity and your secret gift is very special to me and I hope also to you. The concert seats were almost down on the arena floor and we had a wonderful view of the enitre stage. I am retired and on Social Security. And without VetTix, I would have never had the opportunity to ever see a show like this. The seats that were donated would have normally cost over $1,200.00. And yet I was able to get them through a VetTix lottery for just a service fee of $14.95. ( I also added a little donation and gave up all my coins, but it was worth it!) And the best part was that I could take my wife with me. We grew up in the era of Barbara Streisand, and Sinatra and so many great singers. Sometime there is not much an old man can do for his wife and family, But with VetTix I now have a little something to give them. And to have the opportunity to hear Barbara Streisand, one of the world's greatest voices "live and in person," was an ultimate dream. Thank you Secret Donor and Thank you VetTix!
