I want to thank everyone who had a hand in making these tickets available to me and my family. I want to extend an extra heartfelt thank you to the Event Staff who made sure my wife (who is on crutches with a knee injury) was able to skip all of the lines, was escorted to and in the elevators, and even escorted us to our seats while making sure my wife had a safe and clear path to her seat. We did not ask for any of this - while I was unloading my wife in front of the venue before I went to park a few blocks away - they came out and took her into a separate entrance which allowed her to safely maneuver without anyone around. Thanks again for everything to ALL of you that were involved!!!!
