Thanks so much to Vet Tix, the Colorado Rockies and MLB for the tix to the game. I actually planned to fly into Colorado Springs from Cleveland in order to narrate a retirement ceremony at the Air Force Academy. When I realized that "my" Guardians were visiting the Rockies, I changed my flight in hopes of attending Tuesday's game (thx again for those tix!). I spent Tuesday night near Denver but got picked up and driven to Colorado Springs. Having been blessed with Wednesday tickets too, I contacted an old Air Force friend (far left) and we made the trek north and met up with a pair of Cleveland fans I know in Denver. The fact that Vet Tix allows us to have a second city to search for events helps me enjoy sports, concerts, etc. when I travel. Heck, sometimes I am willing to travel just to attend a particular event. I must be one of the most appreciative veterans using this wonderful website. PS Another victory was nice. Looking forward to a concert in Northern Virginia on Sunday. I may even hit one outside Detroit on Saturday if tix are still available. That is one in which I would drive JUST to be there. Thx again.

Thank you so much for the opportunity to attend the game as a family. Even though the Rockies didn't win it was a close game of back and forth. It was a good game to watch and perfect weather. Thank you to Vet Tix and the Colorado Rockies organization! We love everything about these games! My almost 3 year old loves going on the "bus" (the shuttle from the parking lot), he chased Dinger on the concourse after playing on the playground, and of course he loves saying "go Rockies" any chance he can get. Thank you so much for allowing me to carry on my love for baseball with my son!
