What an incredible experience my wife and I had at this concert with a great line up of Christian performers. We also was selected to receive a donation on behalf of the organization we work for: The Salvation Army International Ministry pictured in the upload.
My name is Travis. I am a one hundred percent service connected marine corps veteran. In october of 2023. I was displaced from my home in oregon separated from my wife and children. I was relocated to knoxville , tennessee , where i've been staying with my mother and assisting her with home repairs. During these last several months I have been able to rekindle a relationship with my first born daughter. Much of our lives have been spent separated. We've had very few opportunities to connect with one another. As a father, I have missed countless first within my child's life first step, First trophy, First boyfriend, Lots and lots of first... My daughter turned 18 this year. During these last several months I have come To know her far greater on a personal level. I learned about her battle with depression and how a parallel my own.. It has amazed me how many similarities my daughter and I have with such little interaction with one another.. The name of this tour. Take back your Life tour.. Was my perfect opportunity to do that very thing.. Daddy finally got his first..Haylie's First concert. We took all of those negative emotions. We took all that pain all the time lost And we rocked. We danced We embraced each other In a way we never had. All of this due to the gratitude. Of incredible donors who make opportunities like this possible for men and women of service like myself.. Something as simple as a donated ticket. That can have such a profound loving impact. On a father And his daughter.. I would like to take this opportunity to express my generosity. Thank you vettix And thank you to all those. Who make these events possible.. May blessings be poured upon who put others first. Sincerely Travis Bainum USMC
