I truly appreciate the opportunity that Veteran Tickets Foundation and the event donors made possible. The donated tickets let me take my youngest son to his first race, and my oldest son to his first Daytona 500! Even though the weather wasn't the greatest we still had a great time!! Once again I am here to thank you guys and gales at Vet-Tix and all who have gave to make this foundation work. This was my boys first time at any race track and the Daytona 500 is the ultimate of all racing. Bobby and Andy were like two kids I a toy store the whole time. It was wonderful. In the picture From Left to right: My eldest Boy Robert E. Hall (Bobby) 40 years old, then myself, my brother Randall and my youngest Andrew S. Hall (Andy) 37 years old. Faced with PTSD my life hasn't been the best. Two things I have always regretted were, not making new friends or keeping up with old friends after I got out of the Army and the fact that I never got to really know my boys. Thank you Vet TIx and ticket donor. I was ecstatic to receive tickets to the Daytona 500. This was my birthday gift, which was on the 20th. My wife, Lynn, and I attended. There was a performance by Luke Bryan. Celebrity appearances by Gary Sinise, Chris Evans, and US Olympic Snowboarding Gold Medalist Kaitlyn Farrington. An awe inspiring fly-over by the US Air Force Thunderbirds. Then 38 explosive laps of racing before the skies opened up. In true race fan fashion, we stuck through the six-and-a-half hour delay to witness the completion of the Great American Race. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just want to give a big" Thank You" to the folks who provided these great tickets for myself and wife. Missed most of the race due to the heavy rains, but saw the first 38 laps. But mother nature always wins. Again...Thank You NASCAR and Daytona International Speedway for the opportunity to attend The Great American Race. Your the best.
